These Terms & Conditions apply to AharGhor, operated by Md. Hasibul, a sole proprietorship registered in Bangladesh.

By accessing or using AharGhor’s website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About AharGhor

AharGhor is an online food marketplace platform that connects customers with independent home-based food sellers and delivery partners.

AharGhor does not cook, prepare, or manufacture food.
It operates solely as a technology platform facilitating food ordering and delivery.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old.

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • AharGhor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false information.

3. Account Responsibility & Security

  • Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

  • AharGhor is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

4. Orders & Delivery

  • Once an order is confirmed, preparation may begin immediately.

  • Delivery time estimates are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any delivery issues must be reported promptly to support.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Food prices are determined by individual sellers.

  • Payments may be made via Cash on Delivery or approved digital payment methods.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may only be canceled before preparation begins.

  • Once food preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Refund decisions are subject to AharGhor’s review and discretion.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once food has been delivered and accepted.

  • In cases of serious food quality complaints, AharGhor may investigate and take appropriate action.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on payment method.

8. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

  • Prepare food in a clean, hygienic, and safe environment

  • Accurately list ingredients and portion details

  • Comply with food safety standards

  • Ensure timely preparation

Violation of quality or hygiene standards may result in suspension or termination.

9. Rider Responsibilities

Riders are responsible only for delivery of food items.

Riders:

  • Are not responsible for food preparation quality

  • Must maintain professional and respectful behavior

  • Must follow safe delivery practices

10. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Place fake or fraudulent orders

  • Engage in illegal or unethical activities

  • Harass sellers, riders, or other users

  • Misuse the platform in ways that harm AharGhor or others

Violation may result in permanent account suspension.

11. Limitation of Liability

AharGhor acts solely as a technology platform.

AharGhor is not responsible for:

  • Food preparation or ingredient quality

  • Allergic reactions

  • Seller misconduct

  • Delivery delays caused by third parties

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Users place orders at their own discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, brand names, designs, and materials on AharGhor are the property of AharGhor.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

13. Force Majeure

AharGhor shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Technical failures

  • Network disruptions

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of AharGhor services shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Users agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal action.

15. Modification of Terms

AharGhor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
